If you’ve been to any tradeshow in the past, you probably know the basics like wearing comfortable shoes, bringing a portable phone charger, watching out for tripping hazards such as raised carpet edges, etc. We’re not going to waste your time with the obvious. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Orange County Convention Center and designated hotels within the InfoComm hotel block.
Shuttles run every 10-15 minutes.
No mid-day service.

To help keep you organized at the show we HIGHLY RECOMMEND downlaoding the Infocomm 23 App. Available for both android and apple here is a few things it has to offer:
The My show planner allows you to stay on top of your whole week. Allowing you to map out your show route, save products you want to remeber, add notes & photos, etc.
Show info is going to be your one stop shop for everything Infocomm related. Ranging from Show hours, Shuttle bus schedlues, Audio demo rooms, Bag check, Location, etc.
To help easily map your show out you can search for sessions/exhibitors you want to visit during the show and save them to your show planner to give you notifications on where they are and what time.
This section gives you a list of new products that will be at the show this year. For all of us AV nerds out there this is a fun one because we get to see new and exciting products for the first time!
