Introducing the first annual LEA Partner Awards! At this year’s tradeshows, ISE Barcelona and InfoComm Orlando, we were pleased to honor some of our outstanding partners for their exceptional efforts in 2022. Our 2022 awards covered three distinct categories; Most Prestigious Project Award, Business Motivator Award, and Commitment to Growth Award, to highlight our partners who excelled in designing innovative projects, leadership, and growth in 2022.
Scott Robbins, VP of Sales here at LEA Pro, had the honor of presenting these awards at our pre-show sales meetings this year. Scott describes the purpose and drive behind the LEA Awards, explaining that “one of the challenges LEA Founder and CEO, Blake Augsburger, laid out for us at the beginning was to build a world class network of rep and distribution channel partners to help us take our award-winning smart amplifiers to customers around the world. We are very proud of the progress we made toward this goal and proud of the relationships we have made around the world. These awards are acknowledgment from LEA of the excellent work our partners have made to help build LEA into a world-class brand. The first ever LEA Professional Partner Awards Ceremonies took place at our pre-show sales meetings during both ISE 2023 and InfoComm 2023. Presenting these incredible people with our first awards was a rewarding experience, and really showcased the importance of ALL of our partners. Without these partnerships, LEA would not be the industry-leading brand it is today, and we are eternally grateful. These awards are a small but meaningful way for us to showcase our appreciation for our partners and their efforts.

2022 Most Prestigious Project Award Winners
Audio Geer, US Rep of the year
Audio Geer, newly renamed to Geer Tech, is a Huntington Beach, CA-based company who describes themselves as “heavily project-based, where audio-meets-video-meets-lighting-meets-IU is in virtually everything we do.” Geer Tech was awarded in recognition of their commitment to quality, large-scale installs using LEA amplifiers.
AVL BVI, Americas Distributor of the year
AVL BVI is a leading systems integration firm out of the British Virgin Islands. AVL BVI “designs, installs and maintains custom audio, video, lighting, network, and automation systems.” We’d like to thank AVL for including LEA in their remarkable installs.
EAS Singapore, APAC Distributor of the year
EAS Singapore started in 1982, designing and installing sound reinforcement systems. With years of experience, they have since grown to be a full-service provider of all things Pro AV, lighting, and more. EAS prides themselves on “innovative leadership,” and we are grateful to be a part of their cutting-edge audio solutions.
Pilote Films France, EMEA distributor of the year
Pilote Films is distributor of audio systems based in France. Founded in 1982, Pilote Film’s founders were backed by a strong passion for innovative technology and a devotion to exceptional customer service. With these shared passions and values, we could not as for a better aligned partnership.
2022 Commitment to Growth Award Winners
Audiosales Italy, EMEA Distributor of the year
Audiosales SRL is an Italian distribution company started in 1996. Audiosales started in the pro audio sector, but over the years, they have “expanded their offer by combining audio with lighting products, event facilities and all the tools necessary for professionals.. to carry out their business in the best possible way.” We are grateful for our partnership with Audiosales and all they’ve done to promote LEA!
C&E Marketing, US rep of the year
Florida-born C&E Marketing does an outstanding job educating, advocating, and overall spreading the #LEAWay to integrators to solve their pro audio headaches. Inteligos’ mission statement is “innovating the world, uniting those who make, market, aquire and use technology.” We recognized Inteligos in our 2022 for exactly that; they do an incredible job uniting the Pro AV community and solving their customer’s needs. 2022 Business Motivator Award Winners
Audio Logic UK, EMEA Distributor of the year
Audio Logic UK is composed of an experienced team of audio experts, something we here at LEA hold close to our hearts. Audio Logic is “dedicated to supporting [their] customers where potentially complex audio deployments are underway.” We at LEA are proud to be the simplest solution to even the most complex system installs, and we’re thrilled to be represented by the Audio Logic team.
Audiogene Brazil, Americas Distributor of the year
The Audiogene team is filled with experts who truly understand the importance of sound in every environment. Thank you to Audiogene for using our amps as the pro-audio puzzle piece to compliment their audio, video and automation solutions to successfully “promote magical experiences and positive memories” through exceptional AV installations.
Online Marketing, US rep of the year
Online Marketing, based in the mid-west region of the US, describes themselves as a “one-stop shop for all things Audio Video.” We presented this award in recognition of Online Marketing’s exceptional installs using LEA. Like our company, Online Marketing is a small team with over 200 years of AV experience, and we are very lucky to have a like-minded partner.

In conclusion, the inaugural LEA partner awards were created to recognize the remarkable achievements and excellent work produced by our partners in 2022. We are immensely grateful and proud of the relationships we’ve developed over the last few years, and we will continue to honor the hard work of the people who have helped LEA Professional become what it is today. We look forward to continuing this new tradition, and who knows… come next year, you could have a LEA Pro Shark Fin award swimming on your desk!
